Tuition & Fees

Choosing a child care center is an important decision, and we understand that cost plays a key role in that process. At Forest Hill Child Care Center, we are committed to offering a nurturing and supportive environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive each day.

Every child deserves a safe, engaging experience that fosters learning, builds social connections, and lays the groundwork for future academic success. Our dedicated team is here to provide that strong foundation.

Tuition rates are determined based on each child’s program and schedule, reflecting our commitment to high-quality care and early childhood education.

We proudly partner with the Department of Social Services (DSS) to accept child care subsidies. Please contact us for more information on eligibility and how to apply.

Please note. At this time, we only offer full-time care (Monday–Friday) to align with the primary needs of families in our community. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Schedule

Payments must be made in advance every two weeks, with tuition due every other Wednesday.
Payments received after 5:30 PM on Wednesday will be considered late and may incur additional fees.

Attendance and Payment Obligations

Payment is required based on the time slot selected for childcare, not the actual hours of attendance.
No refunds or deductions will be made for days your child is absent.

Extended Absences

If an extended absence is expected, please discuss arrangements with the director in advance.

Re-Enrollment After Non-Payment

If tuition is not paid by 5:30 PM on Wednesday before the start of the next two-week period, your child will be unenrolled. To re-enroll, a $20 re-registration fee will be required.

Late Payment Due to Extenuating Circumstances

If payment will be delayed until Monday morning due to extenuating circumstances, please contact the Center Book-Keeper by Friday at 6:00 PM.
For delays beyond Monday morning, contact the Center Treasurer before Monday morning to avoid disruption to your child’s attendance.

Age-Based Rate Adjustments

Tuition rates are based on the child’s age at the time of billing. Any age-based rate changes will be reflected in the following invoice.

Withdrawal Notice

A two-week notice is required when withdrawing a child from the program. If notice is not provided, payment for the two-week period will still be required.
